We charge $65 hourly per cleaner, with a two-hour minimum. see chart for references prices starting at:

We use a 1–10 Cleanliness Scale

(1 = Spotless, 10 = Extremely Dirty)

to ensure fair pricing and top-quality results. Any changes will be communicated and approved before we start.

Cleaning estimates are based on the information provided at booking.

Final pricing may be adjusted up or down depending on the actual condition of the home—whether it requires additional time or deeper cleaning, or if the job is completed in less time than estimated.
