Service description
Our Post-Remodel Cleaning removes the fine dust, adhesive residue and construction grit that linger after renovations. We perform a room-by-room cleanup that includes collecting and disposing of loose debris, vacuuming of surfaces and floors, detailed dusting of ledges and vents, wipe-down of cabinets and fixtures, streak-free polishing of glass and mirrors, and a final floor treatment so your space looks finished and move-in ready.
Crews arrive with vacuums, microfiber tools and PPE suited for post-remodel work; we coordinate timing with contractors or project managers to avoid rework and keep the schedule on track.

Debris Removal & Surface Prep
We remove loose materials (nails, packaging, small scraps) and clear surfaces before detailed cleaning begins.
Fixture & Cabinet Detail
Cabinets, countertops, outlets, light fixtures and switches are wiped and polished to remove adhesive, dust and fingerprints.
Glass, Mirrors & Track Cleaning
Windows, glass doors and mirrors are polished to a streak-free finish; accessible tracks and sills are cleaned.
Floors & Final Walkthrough
Hard floors are swept, vacuumed and mopped; carpets are vacuumed and spot-treated. We complete a checklist walkthrough with the project rep or owner to confirm readiness.
PREP & ACCESS
Please confirm that trades are finished and large materials removed before our crew arrives. Coordinate access, site rules, and any required waivers or proof of insurance with your contractor or GC.
