We perform a top-to-bottom service tailored to meet lease or listing requirements: wiping and sanitizing kitchens and appliances, deep bathroom scrubbing (including tile and grout attention), dusting and wiping baseboards and ledges, interior window and mirror cleaning, and vacuuming and mopping floors. We remove surface debris and handle detailed touchups to help maximize your chance of a full security deposit return. Crews arrive with professional equipment and can scale to the property condition and timeline.

Full Room-By-Room CleanEvery room is cleaned thoroughly—kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and closets are included.
Kitchen & Appliance CareWe clean countertops, cabinet fronts, sinks, stovetops and the exterior of appliances. Interior appliance cleaning is available as an add-on.
Deep Bathroom ScrubTubs, showers, toilets, sinks, fixtures and tiles are scrubbed and disinfected; grout and tile attention is provided where needed.
Floors & CarpetsWe vacuum carpets (including edges), mop hard floors and treat high-traffic areas. Heavy stain removal and carpet shampooing are available as add-ons.
Final Quality CheckA checklist walkthrough is completed to ensure standards match typical landlord/agent expectations. Report any issues within 24 hours and we’ll return to correct them.
PREP & ACCESS
Please remove personal items and valuables and clear large furniture where possible. If you need us to dispose of bulky trash, let us know ahead of time so we can quote the service. Provide lockbox, gate code or coordinate access with property manager.
