Start fresh on day one. Our Move-In Cleaning is a thorough, top-to-bottom service designed to remove dust, construction residue and hidden grime so your new home feels clean and welcoming. We deep-clean kitchens (countertops, exterior appliances, sink, stove and cabinets on request), detail bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, tile and grout), dust and wipe baseboards and ledges, clean interior windows and mirrors, and vacuum and mop all floors. Crews arrive with professional equipment and the right number of team members for the job; we’ll use client-preferred products when requested.
How long it takes depends on property size and condition — most 1–3 bedroom homes are completed in 2–6 hours under standard scope. We confirm the scope and any add-ons during booking and size the crew to match the timeline.

Appliance & Fixture CareExterior appliances, sinks, faucets and fixtures are cleaned and polished; interior appliance cleaning available as an add-on.
High-Touch & Detail WorkWe pay special attention to baseboards, window sills, light switches, door hardware and other frequently touched surfaces.
Carpets & FloorsVacuuming, edge cleaning and mopping of hard floors are included; heavy stain treatment and carpet shampooing are available as add-ons.
Final WalkthroughWe complete a checklist walkthrough to ensure every area meets Hero standards; if anything is missed, report it within 24 hours and we’ll return to correct it.
PREP & ACCESS
Please remove personal valuables and clear large boxes where possible. Provide access instructions, gate codes or coordinate with your moving crew for handoff.
